Allison trouble codes and

Allison 1000,2100,2200,2400,2500 series Transmissions
have no transmission diagnostic capabilities
without
Allison DOC
software or compatible tools. Currently there is no way to retrieve
Allison
diagnostic trouble codes manually on these units without the use of
software. therefore we unfortunately cannot provide information on these
transmissions

Allison 3000 and 4000 series transmission diagnostic codes
can be accessed thru the shifter touch pad very easily. we also include
Allison trouble code
descriptions and
diagnostics, Allison wiring diagrams, and procedures.
there are 3 operating systems that require separate diagnostics.
please see pictures of shifters and TCM's below for identification.
